• Registration Fee is non refundable and must be paid by all players, no registration form will be accepted without it.
• All players must be registered guests of the Sands Regency Hotel. Room rates are $53.41, including tax. There is a maximum of two players per room. To make reservations, call the Sands at 800-648-3553 and tell them your group code number is SHU1015.
• Entries for each event will be accepted, in the order received, until that event is full, or until the day prior to that event, whichever comes first. Entries postmarked after September 15 are subject to a $5.00 penalty for registration, and for each event entered.
